Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex Tokyo

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The rooms are ordinary but have all the daily necessities you need. The location is superb, nestled in the bustling Shinjuku business district, but still offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's only a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, making it convenient for exploring the busiest district of Shinjuku. The breakfast, although with only a few western items, offers an amazing view of Shinjuku from the top floor, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal with a breathtaking backdrop of the Tokyo metropolitan government building.

All was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were cute, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station and close to all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in the heart of Shinjuku. The hotel itself was modern and had super-fast Wi-Fi. The rooms were a great size, larger than what you usually find in a three-star hotel in this city. They were impeccably clean and well-furnished, complete with a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, and a tv. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided daily. The bathroom was super clean and had excellent toiletries. I loved the Japanese toilet and the shower-bathtub. the hotel provided slippers and a robe, which added a nice touch. Considering the location and type of hotel, the price was very reasonable.

Not one thing.

The hotel's location is perfect, being in the busiest district of Shinjuku and very close to the train station. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and multilingual. The breakfast buffets are delicious. The hotel offers amenities like a desk for foreigners, security measures with room keys, USB ports in the headboards, and complimentary in-room items like water, tea, and coffee.

The internet connection is slow and unreliable.

The staff was courteous and helpful, convenient shuttle bus to the airport, excellent breakfast buffet, nearby Government Bldg Tower with observation deck, clean and tidy room.

Nothing to fault.

Convenient location with direct airport Limousine from Narita Airport. The underground walkway to Shinjuku train station was a lifesaver for moving luggage. Helpful English-speaking reception desk. Clean room with decent-sized washroom. Enjoyed the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building nearby. Quality of free toiletries was unexpectedly good.

Conveniently located near Shinjuku Railway Station, with easy access to Haneda International airport. Polite and helpful reception staff, offering a direct coach service to and from the airport. Clean and tidy rooms with efficient lift service. Excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options. Close proximity to interesting food areas and transportation options.
